The Heartwired Evolution for Organisations program consists of 11 workshops, starting with a full-day session followed by 10 subsequent half-day workshops.

The program can be conducted in a face-to-face or via wholly virtual sessions. Hybrid delivery is not offered.

Beginning with the foundational workshop, participants will learn how to interpret and use The Predictive Index assessments responsibly and accurately.

Explore who’s on your team and evaluate what their natural strengths are to build a foundation of high performance and increase cohesion. Describe your vision for your team and each of its members.

Learn how to assess job roles, align the right people with those roles, and plan promotion pathways. Every role has different behavioural demands; match the demands of the job to the natural strengths of the person for peak performance.

Develop a robust recruitment process and learn how to write a compelling job advertisement to attract the right candidates and repel the wrong ones. Create a library of proven interview questions to ensure strong person-role alignment and tailor your onboarding process.

Develop your awareness around how others perceive you. Learn what drives you and how that shows up for others. Delve deep into your strengths and uncover your caution areas as you design your own personal development plan.
