The first thing that happens when you sign up for The Heartwired Evolution is we book a date for your pre-program one-to-one intention-setting meeting so that you have clearly articulated your goals for the program before it starts.

Recognising significant gaps in the delivery approach and content of traditional leadership development programs, The Heartwired Evolution is a journey that approaches leadership in a truly transformational way, employing an inside-out, top-down™ method, underpinned by data provided by the Predictive Index.

During your first Heartwired Leader session you will be given sign-in credentials enabling you to access The Predictive Index software for 6 months during the program.

Using human data analytics to make people-centred decisions requires sensitivity, knowledge, and a deep awareness of the impact it may have on people, their work, and their future. Such data needs to be used responsibly and intelligently to ensure people are treated fairly, that they are not exposed to psychosocial hazards, and to enable confident, reliable use of the tool.

The PI behavioural assessment usually takes people no longer than 5-6 minutes to complete. That may seem uncommonly short, but it is remarkably accurate.

For the duration of the program and for one month after the program, you will have access to all three PI assessments: the Behavioural Assessment; the Cognitive Assessment; and the Job Assessment.

Unlike many other psychometric tools which require you to purchase reports for each person, The Predictive Index is a licensed software platform that enables you to administer your own behavioural and cognitive assessments. While you will have access to the PI software during the program via The Heartwired Evolution licence, you may like to explore the opportunity to purchase a licence for your organisation, post program.

Yes. Your special program-based access to the PI licence allows you to profile all your team members. You’re also welcome to profile your family members, should you wish.
