Meet Dawn Russell

From marching in her army fatigues and handling rocket launchers, travelling the world and visiting her favourite city, Paris; to surviving cancer and supporting the MACA 200 in raising awareness, Dawn has a wealth of knowledge to share from her extensive and diverse background.

Today, Dawn harnesses her passion for people by showing business owners, CEOs, and Managing Directors how to transform and optimise their workforce to strategically harness the full potential of their people and make a tangible difference in workplace engagement through inspiring leadership.  She does this by challenging them to financially measure and maximise the return on investment that world-class employee engagement can bring.
